【今日のフレーズ】
She will have done many things in ten days.
She will have come back before you know it.
（未来のある時までに、おそらく完了するであろう行動）
【新or使い慣れていない語彙】
・time difference：時差
ex) There is a seven-hour time difference.
・before you know it：あっという間に
ex) She’ll have come back before you know it.
※before I knew it：いつの間にか、気が付くと
・to begin with：初めに、第一に
ex) He was a very poor man to begin with.
・the point：大事な事
ex) That’s not the point though.
・guarantee 人 ～：人に～を保証する、請け合う [gæ̀rəntíː]
ex) I guarantee you that.
・envious：うらやましい、羨望する [énviəs]
ex) I’m envious.
【新or使い慣れていない表現】
・Have you heard from her lately?：最近彼女から連絡はあった？
・What if ～：もし～だったらどうなるか
ex) What if she finds a wealthy prince like Aladdin?
・Speaking of which, ～：そういえば、～
・by then
ex) she will have come back by then.
・時期 from now
ex) Will she still be thinking about her ex-boyfriend a year from now?
・by the time ～：～な時までに
ex) What will she have done by the time she turns twenty-five years old?

【 未来完了形（future perfect）での期間の言い方の違い】
2つ目のExerciseの２番と３番が難しく、期間の表現の仕方を整理しなければならなかった。
未来完了形は「未来のある時までに、おそらく完了するであろう表現」
・"for 〇 years"：〇年間
・"〇 years from now"：今から〇年後に → 「ある時までに」ではなく具体的な未来の時期
・"in 〇 years"：〇年後までに
・"by 〇 years"：〇年後までに
一つ目のExerciseだと、
例えば5番：
“Will Daniel still be working twenty years from now?"
「20年後に」
２つ目のExerciseでは、
2番："How long will she have waited for her boyfriend to get back?"
→ “She will have waited for him for 5 years by the time he gets back."
「彼が戻るまでに５年間」
3番："When will the construction work have been completed?"
→ “It will have been completed by March." または “It will have been completed in March."
「3月までに」
ややこしい！！
レッスンの感想
未来完了形！難しいよ！！
ということで、なるべく正しく分かりやすく文法を説明できる先生が必須、と思い、いつも素晴らしいフィリピンのM先生を待ってレッスンを受けた。
さすが、何を訊いても的確にきちっと説明してくれて素晴らしかった。
これでもう未来完了形はバッチリ、スラスラ！・・・・・とはならないが。
まぁ練習ですね。。。
今回のShort ConversationはCharlotteが中東に長く旅行中の話の続きのようで、その話を知っているとか覚えているとかでないと、何を話しているのか意味不明だろうなぁと思った。
「苦手な文法の部分だけ拾ってレッスンを受けよう！」なんてやっていたら、かえって混乱しそうだな。
教材の１番目から順番に、期間の途切れなくやっているからいいけど。
そして、残されているCharlotteの彼氏Adamが非常に女々しかった。
