赤ちゃんに熱がある

【基本文】
The baby has a (high) temperature.
※熱がある:have a temperature / fever どちらでも良い(high temperature = fever のニュアンス)
ex) I have a 38 degrees (Celsius) fever. / I have a fever of 38 degrees (Celsius).
ex) My temperature is 38 degrees (Celsius) . / I have a temperature of 38 degrees (Celsius).
