・distinctly remember：鮮明に覚えている
ex) I distinctly remember the days I traveled around the world.
・reminds someone of ～ / brings back memories of ～：～を思い出す
ex) That picture reminds me of my childhood.
ex) That picture brings back memories of my childhood.
・bad manners / breach of manners：マナー違反
ex) It’s a bad manner to talk on the phone at the table.
ex) It’s a breach of manner to talk while your mouth is full.
・feel uncomfortable：違和感(居心地の悪さ)を感じる

“one elderly couple" が良い。
【"social media" について】
“I took a selfie for my social media." と言ったが、後ろに “account" を付けるように、とのこと。
付けないとプラットフォームを表すから、だそう。
レッスンの感想
空いている講師リストで星評価が高かった、フィリピンのM先生を選んだ。
とても感じの良い明るい先生で、エネルギッシュにバンバン間違いを指摘していってくれた。
かなり細かく修正するタイプで、色々参考になった。
やっぱりトピックトークはフィリピンの先生がやりやすい。
ずっと「日常英会話中級コース」を先頭から順番に勉強していて、カリキュラムとしておおよそ
文法 → 文法 → トピックトーク
のサイクルで続けてきた。
この先の内容をちょっと見たところ、この次からは
文法 → 文法 → 5分間ディスカッション
のサイクルになるらしい。
まさにちょうど、昨日の発音レッスンでこれから5分間ディスカッションをやってみようと思ったところなので、良いタイミング。
トピックトーク自体は、教材としてはまだ続きがあるようなので、また余裕があったら先をやってみよう。
