In some countries, many families set up real Christmas trees inside houses. Here as well, there are Christmas tree farms. At this time of year, people come to buy a tree with large trucks, cut it down, and take it home.
As for disposal of the tree, I heard there are tree-rent stores in England. After returning the tree to the store, they continue to grow it. If we have affection for the tree, we can choose the same one next year.
I think it is a more loving way than using it as firewoods.

・"firewoods" → “s" 不要。実は日記を書く際Grammarlyにも同じ指摘を受けたのに、「いや、いっぱいある薪なんだからやっぱり複数でしょ」と無視して"s" を付けたのだった。さすがネイティブの先生・・・。
レッスンの感想
今日の新ネイティブ講師はアメリカのH先生にした。
明るく、生徒を励まして伸ばすタイプの先生だった。「日記の読み上げをしてみる？」とか「じゃあもう一度読み上げをしてみましょうか。私が読んで、１文ずつアナタが読んでみる？」といった感じで、あぁ、英会話の先生だな～と感じた。
昔通っていたオンラインでない街の英会話スクールを思い出す。
発音がやっぱり悪いようで、RだのLだの、お決まりの練習をした。
ネイティブの人が聞くと、さぞヘタクソに聞こえるんだろう。
でも発音ばかり気にしているとますます上手く話せなくなってしまう。一生懸命話そうとしていると発音等気にしていられない。
どーしろって言うんだ・・・。
